One of the more interesting applications that proves to be quite useful in urban settings or for travelers is the PSP-Maps application, which basically acts as a GPS navigation system. Still other applications hook into the recent technologies of RSS feeds, and allow PSP owners to keep updated on their favorite resources via RSS.
Out of all the free PSP downloads available, there are some that are not necessarily illegal. It is important to keep away from free PSP downloads that claim to be full games that PSP users would otherwise pay for, or even music or other types of software that require payment for usage. If these are downloaded even after knowing they shouldn't be obtained for free, legal problems will arise.
