How To Impress Your Partner

One of the images guys like us want our girls to enjoy is the image that we are always totally on top of the date and that we always have new ways to make her smile. Even if you are dating the same gal over time, she still looks to you for something new and creative with each dinner out. She gets excited thinking of the fun you have planned, something cool you have to show her or the romantic thrills you have in store when you pick her up each Saturday night. And even though it's hard to keep coming up with new stuff, we like it that our girls expect such great things from us.

But coming up with romantic ideas for dinner each time you take that sweet girl out can get difficult. Maybe it's because dinner dates are hard to get creative about and not every place we take our gals for dinner is truly romantic. So finding ways to make each dining experience a romantic adventure is something you have to make an effort at especially if you are in the romance of a lifetime that you want to keep moving forward each week.

Guys we have to work as a team even though dating is not a team sport. But we need each other to keep our sweethearts happy with wonderful romantic dinners and the wonderful romance we enjoy after dinner. So for starters, one of the best resources men have for finding new ways to entertain our girls for dinner is each other and our shared knowledge of new ideas and new places to enjoy with our lovers.

Pay attention to other couples that have been dating a while, especially the ones that seem to explode with romance nonstop. You know the men in those relationships know a few tricks. Our women have us at a disadvantage because they seem to share romantic ideas almost by nature. So when the women go to the little girls room to gossip, then is the time to strike some partnerships with other men to share ideas for the common good. If we can band together as brothers with a cause, and that is having great romances with our gals, we can share what we know and everybody wins.

But everybody has to keep their eyes and ears open for new dinner ideas that have great romantic potential. The basics are to know your local restaurants well and which ones offer the best romantic experience. But we can't stop with that because there are only so many restaurants and Sonic and Burger King are out of the picture anyway.

Also we have to keep our budgets in mind. The dining spots that are romantic by definition are usually also expensive by definition. But there are ways to give your girl a wonderful romantic dinner and spend very little. In fact, those kinds of dates can be the most romantic of all because they show you used your creativity and you found romance in even the simple things like a picnic on the beach, sharing a hot dog watching the holiday parade or an intimate dinner in your apartment. Even if the cuisine is macaroni and cheese, a candle and some soft music can change your humble place until the best romantic nightspot in town.

All you have to do is broaden your vision and look around for great ideas for romantic dinners that are all around you. Television shows and movies are overflowing with great ideas for dates because they have highly innovative writers coming up with them all the time. So why not take advantage of their skills and steal some of their ideas.

Don't put any limitations on where you might find your next great idea for a romantic dinner with your gal. Your friends and relatives are great sources of ideas but an even more productive source would be her friends and female relatives. You also no doubt know women who would be part of your inner circle to give you great ideas to romance your sweetheart such as your sister, ex girlfriends and maybe even your mom or aunts.

But the library of female knowledge of romance doesn't stop there. Don't forget ladies you are close to like female friends of yours, wives of your friends, ex girlfriends, sisters and sisters and law and even good old Aunt Dottie, Grandma and Mom herself. That's right, don't write the women of the last generation off one little bit. There is still the romantic princess inside those gals and even if their romantic ideas are a few decades old, that sometimes makes their ideas even more interesting if you just dust them off and put them to work.

Never close the door on finding new romantic dinner concepts because you are using them up all the time. Keep note cards, a portfolio or a computer data base with new ideas always being updated. And when you get well ahead of the need and have new ideas to spare, you will be able to relax knowing that you are going to be able to continue to be her romantic hero every single date with new ways to create that romantic atmosphere at dinner where love and intimacy can grow.
